Kappuchu~ this fall…

I’ll venture out and say that I am excited about Capu 2. Yeah, the first season was a lot of fluff and fanservice and little else, but there was enough fun entertainment (Read: Mizuki Nana) and improved as it went on that I got hooked back during the winter. In the end, I liked it. The new promo video itself doesn’t reveal too much (granted I can’t read Japanese), other than shots of Suzen Kokoa, Moka’s younger half-sister.

I just ask for 2 things. First, more badass Moka. While cutesy Moka has her appeal, I’ve always found her whips, chains, and handcuffs side more interesting personality-wise (and, yes, oh so much hotter). Second, more Dancing in the velvet moon songs… please. COSMIC LOVE eventually grew on me, but Dancing in the velvet moon was a completely awesome track. We’ll see what GONZO throws our way come November. My level of expectation is dramatically lower than it was for the first season, so really whatever is served I’ll courteously accept.
