Macross Marathon (Part 1): Macross, Do You Remember Love, & Flash Back 2012

Starting back in January, I went back and watched Macross in its entirety in preparation for Macross Frontier this spring. This is the first of 5 entries that I will be writing that cover the Macross series from the beginning. Specifically, this one covers the first series through the launch of the SDF-2 Megaroad in Flash Back 2012.

Makes me wish I had spent more time practicing my guitar back when I was still in high school instead of discovering the Internet and the original PlayStation. The original Nico video is here and includes covers of some of the more notable Aria BGM’s. Quite impressive actually. He has also done some acoustic renditions of Sora ga Ai Deshou, Nagisa/Dango Daikazoku, Tori no Uta, and others. The acoustic version of Kinjirareta Asobi was also pretty damn awesome.
