Saturday, April 1, 20xx:

The best thing ever happen today. No, I didn’t score with Nanaka. In fact, she slapped me again and then ignored me for bringing up a potential threesome with Asami. However, what happened was something way better! Hinako came over today and told me her parents were out of town and that she wanted to stay with me! Those charms I got from the Yatsushiro Temple during the festival must really be powered up! I had to hide my Vita dakimakura and my Kodomo no Jikan manga as fast as I could. Luckily, I’ve had practice doing that whenever Aoi-chan comes over. Unfortunately a bit later she caught me playing Prism Ark and scolded me. Having Hinako over was better than any game for sure!

When she first arrived though, she kicked me out because she needed to change. I couldn’t help myself and burst in acting like I was concerned about what was going on. Let me tell you…. I was lucky to snag a peek! Kya~ She tried to play the lolicon card, but I just snickered outside like Kyon dreaming of an undressing Mikuru. I could have died happy right there. After she changed she explained what was going on, but I wasn’t really paying attention. Something about her parents and work or something… I was too busy imagining the fun I definitely we would get to have the next couple days.

I finally got to try out that falling on top of someone trick that they overuse in anime all the time. While Hinako was talking about something (blah blah blah), it seized the opportunity and “slipped” on a magazine and we toppled right on to the bed. SCORE! Aoi-chan seriously must be psychic because she showed up at the right moment. I’ve always admired Aoi-chan for her “intuition,” so perhaps all three of us could have some fun. Unfortunately, Aoi-chan’s voice killed the mood. It always does. But I go some free food out of it. Not to mention falling onto my bed.

While Hinako was doing her homework, I couldn’t help but admire her. I don’t know how long I was off in my own fantasy land, but she butted in and kept saying I was making creepy noises or something (blah blah blah). How could I not be making creepy noises! As cover, I pretended I didn’t understand my math homework and she believed it. Silly girl! Even I understand algebra, so I took the opportunity to get her close to me. ::blushes:: She’s so smart! But I really think she sees me as a pedobear. So what if I have a life-sized Chibiusa cut out? I’ve got a Kona-chan one as well! Why pedo? The term lolicon just sounds better.

For dinner Hinako made “curry,” but it was no better than it was the last time she made it for me. At least this time it wasn’t purple and didn’t have bananas in it. Hinako just has a thing for curry, I guess. I hope she doesn’t love it more than me. >_< She made such a ruckus cooking too that I couldn’t concentrate playing Guilty Gear. I needed the practice too because that old dude kicked my ass last time. In the end, we ended up hitting up our special place and I got her another Yeti-kun. Cheap marketing scheme… but it put a smile on her face.

After we got home Hinako hit the bath first. I couldn’t be luckier! Most guys would try to sneak a peek or “accidentally” need to go to the bathroom. Not me. I’m original! To be truthful, I’m a pantsu thief. I’ve actually got a collection that rivals Natsuki in Mai HiME! You name the design, I’ve got it. Strawberries? Bears? Penguins? Check, check, and check. Hinako had a pretty nice selection of four-leaf clovers, strawberries, and a couple classics (polka dots and stripes), so I grabbed the clovers and went back to playing video games and prepared myself for what would be the greatest moment in my 16 years of life. Bedtime.

I first put my plan into action by crashing on the floor. You know… to appear to be a gentlemen, but sneak into my bed later. Nanaka really must have charged those charms up! Instead of having to sneak into bed, Hinako INVITED me to join her. I acted shocked and pretended to not be interested, but she insisted! Man, how lucky is that!? She started talking about Yeti-kun and something about her father (blah blah blah)… I wasn’t really paying attention. I’ve never been so lucky in my entire life! I’m so worked up that I can’t even sleep. That’s why I’m laying here writing in my diary… Hinako-chan~ My head is going to explode! Let me wrap things up already, so I can return to more important matters at hand………

One last thing. While I was “admiring” Hinako’s seifuku, I found her student ID in her pocket. TODAY was her birthday! I don’t know why she didn’t say anything because I would have celebrated with her! I would have even invited to gang, except for Shuu. I don’t know what Hinako sees in him. He’s think he’s some playboy king or something. Makes me sick! I’m 10 times the man he claims to be. I told Aoi-chan that I would listen to some cooking song she came up with that she’s been bothering me about for a couple weeks now if she didn’t tell Shuu about the surprise. She gave me her word, so I guess things will work out. Anyways, I called Aoi-chan and decided that we would do something for her tomorrow.

Now, I’m off “to bed.” I hope this night never ends. (´・∀・`)

Sunday, April 2, 20xx:

Today we celebrated Hinako’s birthday. The plan was simple. I would take Hinako out on a date, while Aoi-chan did all the work. The date idea was brilliant! Spend time with Hinako and not have to do anything for the party. I even decided to let her pick out her own present by telling her that I was looking for a present for “a girl.” Everything was perfect. Shopping, food, a movie, and then when we got back home, SURPRISE!! Party! However all my plans were ruined…

That prick Shuu just had to show up during the date. He said Aoi-chan sent him, but I don’t believe it because we had a deal–no Shuu, I listen to her singing. I bet it was Shuri. >_< He was wearing the tackiest shirt too that made me want to vomit. Was he going for a Gundam Seed or a Gundam Wing look?! He could at least try a Macross 7 look because he truly looked like a Fool. Seriously, I can’t believe Hinako had a crush on that pile of testosterone. Oh well, he didn’t interfere too much. I did get to brush my hand against Hinako’s during the movie.

When we got back to my place, Aoi-chan, Shuri, and Nanaka were already there. They decorated and cooked too! I figured we’d just have take out! Aoi-chan’s home cooking and Nanaka’s cookies. It was Heaven all over again. What else would I need? Hinako and good cooking. I was set. It’s a good thing I hid all my Akazukin and Shana doujin that I had laying around my bed last night while Hinako was in the shower. If Nanaka or Shuri saw that I’d have a throbbing hand imprint on my face right now.

The party went great! Food was great! Cake was great! Presents were great! I also manged to get a lot of pictures. A lot of pictures.

We even had a small karaoke session. Nanaka sang Dream Wing, Aoi-chan sang some really bad songs by DROPS , Shuri did Mahou Shoujo Magical-tan and other mahou shoujo themes, and Shuu sang an classics from Weiss Kreuz. Hinako even gave us her rendition of a few songs from Happiness, Memories Off, and even Lamune (all games I had to hide from her as well). It was almost as if she stole Murata Ayumi’s voice!

Too bad Asami wasn’t there. I would have loved to have heard her sing this one song from Kamichama Karin that gets stuck in my head. Her voice would have been perfect for it. She’s also a great performer. But no… It’s been since last week since I’ve seen Asami. I asked Aoi-chan to make sure she was invited, so I have no idea why she couldn’t make it. Every time I brought it up Nanaka would get really pissed off too! I have no idea why she kept asking me about box cutters, hacksaws, and tin can and string telephones any time I mentioned her. Maybe she had some DIY project going on at the temple earlier that day…. Nanaka started cutting up fish, so I shut up really quick.

Sadly, Hinako decided it was time for her to go home after the party ended. It was heartbreaking really. I didn’t realize how fast time went by. It wasn’t over yet though. After I walked Hinako back to her place, she kissed me on the cheek! I’m never washing my face again. Not EVER. I thought sharing a bed with her was the greatest moment of my life, but I was wrong. I’m pretty sure all my plotting and smooth moves have erased that dumbass Shuu from her mind. Hopefully he’s a memory that she’ll forget. I guess I don’t have to wait in bushes anymore when she gets out of school! I’ll miss following her home at a distance everyday too. But, her maybe liking me makes me super happy. What about Nanaka? She’s too bi-polar–GAR one minute, a complete ditz the next. Asami can be pretty darn emo also. She’s pretty cute most of the time, but when she goes emo, I seriously get scared. Hinako-chan is the one for me~

Although I approached this episode with a lot of trepidation, it was actually more enjoyable that the last loli filler episode we had a couple weeks ago. Loli harem members who are not considered to be a primary title contender are always either overly annoying or overly cute, and usually useless characters. However in the case of Hinako, we’ve stumbled upon quite an entertaining and endearing character. Although the main plot went absolutely NOWHERE, and we learned NOTHING new about Sana or Nanaka’s pasts, this episode provided some fun moments in the process.

Episode 7 looks to bring us crazy old Kaji-san, loli Shuri and shota Shuu, and Nanaka with some less-than-happy eyes. Are we going the Shuffle! route or are we only going to get teased with the Gift route?
